DESCRIPTION:The Kings Water Alliance has developed a draft Preliminary Management Zone Proposal (PMZP) Addendum\, a planning document that addresses the regulatory requirements for the Priority 2 Tulare Lake Subbasin area.  The PMZP Addendum\, along with one of its main attachments\, the Early Action Plan Addendum\, is the next step to complying with the Nitrate Control Program and continuing the process of solving the nitrate problems that occur within the Kings Water Alliance boundary\, particularly for the Priority 2 Tulare Lake Subbasin portion. \nThe contents of this PMZP Addendum include updated sections of the original PMZP and FMZP submitted in March 2021 and August 2022 including the Preliminary Management Zone Overview\, Tulare Lake Subbasin Characterization and Initial Assessment of Groundwater Conditions\, Early Action Plan Development\, Permitted Dischargers in Management Zone\, Outreach Records\, Early Action Plan (EAP)\, and EAP Reporting Metrics.  \nJOIN OFFICE HOURS ZOOM MEETING
