The Kings Water Alliance provides safe drinking water to families impacted by nitrate-contaminated groundwater in the Central Valley.
The Kings Water Alliance is assisting the most vulnerable populations in Cutler with access to safe drinking water for those who are eligible. See below for requirements.
We are here to help. If your water service is provided by Cutler Public Utility District (PUD) and you meet eligibility requirements, you could qualify for FREE bottled water deliveries.
Are You Eligible?
You may qualify for free bottled water deliveries if:
1. You receive water service from
Cutler Public Utility District (PUD)
AND
2. You are pregnant or have
a child under 1 year old.

Nitrates in Drinking Water Can Be Harmful
High nitrate levels in groundwater can cause serious health problems—especially for infants under 1 year old and pregnant women.
High levels of nitrate in drinking water can interfere with red blood cells’ ability to carry oxygen to the body’s tissues.
You may not be able to see or taste nitrate in your tap water—but it can still be there.
