About the Kings Water Alliance:
The Kings Water Alliance is a non-profit that offers free well testing and short-term drinking water solutions (home bottled water delivery) to nitrate impacted residents in portions of Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties as part of the requirements of the Nitrate Control Program (NCP). The Central Valley Water Board (Water Board) sent out notices to comply for the NCP in May 2020. Documents submitted to the Water Board for the KWA can be reviewed here: https://www.cvsalinity.org/resources/management-zone-development/. The Management Zone Implementation Plan documents for Kings Water Alliance can found found at the top of the Kings Water Alliance Section.
